How to Open the Realms of Consciousness
Welcome! What if you really trusted yourself? What if you knew there was an invisible support system; a safety net, if you will, that is always guiding, supporting and responding to you? What would you do? What would you change? I’m living proof of such existence. Even with the extremity of my magnificent Scorpio placements and an often bewildered Sagittarius South Node (just what is humanity doing?!), I can attest to a higher guidance that is always within my reach. And I can tell that it is always listening.
What enables me to connect with this sacred source? There are two primary channels I can identify and compartmentalize for easy understanding.
The first, is that I incarnated into this reality with wisdom accumulated over the ages. This time, I chose to find creative ways to express and share it. I know this because, I’m me, I’ve transcended my Saturn Return, I’m dedicated to self growth and have done the deepest work. Vision Quests, NDEs and world travel are just a few pathways of self awareness I’ve faced. Essentially, I know myself best. This awareness is also very expressed in the Nodal Axis of my natal imprints, as seen in my astrological natal chart. The Nodal Axis is the soul path imprint of an individual..and of course; you have one, too! If you want to know all about yours, you can book a simple natal chart reading with me, here.
The second pathway illuminating my conscious connection to source is my open crown and third eye chakras; which are simply energy centers contained within the body. They express themselves based on the individual’s conscious direction. A person can have the coolest celestial imprints, but if they don’t work their magic; no one will. Even though my path hasn’t been easy; with constant relocations, tons of international travel, bizarre weather patterns (I’ve been through three hurricanes and numerous tropical storms, to date) and maneuvering beyond conditions shaped by unconscious individuals driving the agenda of this plandemic; I’ve maintained pretty vibrant health throughout. I achieve this because I consciously direct the vibrational frequency of what I ingest. There are specific rituals, foods and behaviors which, when they become patterns; create energetic pathways in the body. Ayurveda, TCM and Acupuncture all reflect this. They are also constitutional based modalities steeped in ancient wisdom.
So, if you’re you’re curious about opening your conscious connection to source, read on…
Know your Chakras
Not a religion, no dogma. These are legit energy centers of the body. Know them, memorize them, activate and regulate. The ones to focus on for expanded consciousness are the Third Eye and the Crown.
Establish Rituals
If you don’t have a spiritual practice, I recommend one ASAP. Meditation, breath work, vision quests, yoga, intermittent fasting, camping, regular picnics and digital detoxing are all recommended to get started. Disclaimer: Please, stay away from cults and know that you can have a sacred, non-denominational practice without a guru, bells or whistles; in fact, I recommend it. It’s the most bare, visceral and analog moments of total surrender and self reflection which have most bridged my connection to source.
Digest the Right Medicine for You
Surrender the cult of dieting and aim for higher consciousness. Nourishment does not exist in a vacuum and neither do you. Understanding your dosha and integrating as much organic and locally sourced foods from my guide will help activate those upper chakras:
Crown
Location: top of head
Frequency: conscious connection to source
Inner work: meditation. breathwork.
Nutrition: Bok Choy, Jasmine rice, aromatic and cleansing soups like Vietnamese Pho, and Thai Tom Kha are great for opening the passageways, clearing stagnant energy and nourishing the body without heavy digestion. The idea is to bring your frequency upward, so keeping things light without depriving oneself is key.
Outer: Fresh air, eucalyptus essential oil for cleaning the home and for use in the shower as a steam is revitalizing. Frankincense essential oil in a diffuser and for anointing the head; especially during meditation does wonders. It can also help seal your sacred space and keep you energetically safe. Working the oil into a scalp massage before bed will give yourself a literal crown of sacred energy.
Colors: white, gold.
Mantras: I am the light, I see the light, I speak the light, I hear the light.
Third Eye
Location: between the eyes; the actual pineal gland is the Third Eye.
Frequency: accessing the deepest knowing within.
Inner work: assessing without judging. Expanding one’s vision.
Nutrition: Dark fruits, which are also rich in numerous protective nutrients, including ones that keep the skin softer and more beautiful…it pays to be wise! And dark chocolate is Queen! If you can create a simple cacao ceremony for yourself and loved ones; all the better. Mineral water is as sacred as anything I can think of. The natural Magnesium contained in mineral water can relax muscles, it cleanses the body at the most cellular level and contains no fluoride. Fluoride directly calcifies the pineal gland, thus interfering with intuition and perception. Switching to this sacred water source seven years ago has absolutely improved my health. Mineral water truly revitalizes me and I implore anyone feeling disconnected in any capacity, to switch to mineral water immediately. To our further benefit, organic pine nuts literally contain the only scientifically identifiable (thus far) ingredient, called Pinolenic Acid, which is known to soften and nourish the Pineal Gland! Did you know there is a giant Pinecone in the courtyard of the Vatican, which was actually stolen from the neighboring Temple of Isis, back in the day! You’re welcome!
Outer: Lavender essential oil in light doses; perhaps used as an aromatic spray. Shirodhara or simply letting the water run between your closed eyes in the bath will activate and soothe. I especially love this bath ritual, because it’s cleansing and utilizes water, which is the element of intuition, congruent with the realm of the Third Eye. Oracles! Get thee a sacred tarot deck. Did you know that the tarot cards do not choose themselves? They energetically organize to reflect the reader’s deepest consciousness of knowing. A daily practice will absolutely help guide and refine one’s inner vision.
Colors: The spectrum of purple.
Mantras: I see with my inner eye. All sacred knowledge is available to me. I trust in the universe. I know because I am.
